...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1130 PM CST FOR JACKSON... MARSHALL...MADISON...EASTERN LIMESTONE...DEKALB...CULLMAN...MORGAN... MOORE...LINCOLN AND FRANKLIN COUNTIES... As of 905 PM CST, there have been multiple reports of flooding in north central and northeast Alabama and southern middle Tennessee. Although the heaviest rainfall has shifted east of the area, runoff resulting from 1 to 3 inches of rain was resulting in rapid rises in small streams and creeks. At 815 PM, the stage on Indian Creek in Madison was 7.6 feet and steady. Flood stage is 7 feet. At 845 pm, the stage on Big Wills Creek in Fort Payne was 11.1 feet and rising. Flood stage is 11 feet.
