Rapist of 16 mo Baby Caught

33 year old TN man Simon Porter was arrested for raping his 16 mo old son and landing him in the hospital with permanent injuries. Porter was on the run, but a local woman's tip enabled police to catch him in Scottsboro. He is being transferred back to TN where he faces charges of aggravated rape.
