time is ??? let's take a look at the stories we're following as you head out the door. this morning we begin with waay 31's rodneya ross. the albertville police department is investigating a fatal shooting and we could learn charges as early as today. vo the shooting happened around two-30 sunday morning. 22-year-old clint bailey was killed after he and another person got into an argument police are investigating what that argument was about. bailey leaves behind three- year-old twin sons. ivanka trump is headed to decatur this week. the white house says the president's daughter and advisor will visit the alabama robotics technology park. ivanka trump is slated to be there tomorrow morning. she'll talk about workforce development. scottsboro police are trying to identify the person driving this late 90's or early 2-thousand's maroon toyota truck. the person appears to be a white male -- who police suspect of taking several thousand dollars worth of fishing equipment from a boat in a local hotel parking lot. alabama's transportation department spent around 60- million dollars over the last 22 years on the south alabama toll project. governor kay ivey declared the same project dead just a few weeks ago. state leaders say the money was spent on land for the bridge , alignment studies ... engineering and other costs. the u.s. coast guard now working to rescue four south korean crew members who were on board a cargo ship that began leaning on its side sunday morning. the u.s. coast guard already rescued a majority of the crew members. multiple agencies are now trying to
