United Launch Alliance is launching a Decatur-made Delta IV rocket for the NROL-47 mission for the National Reconnaissance Office.

The launch is taking place at Vandenberg Air Force Base in Lompoc, California. The launch was scrubbed the previous two days because of high ground winds and a ground system valve issue.
