In a Saturday news conference, Huntsville Hospital CEO David Spillers identified Marshall County as the hot spot for coronavirus in North Alabama.
He said as of noon Saturday, there are two patients in the hospital in Marshall County being treated for coronavirus.
Another patient was released from the hospital on Friday.
According to the Alabama Department of Public Health, as of noon Saturday there are 72 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Marshall County.
One person has died from the virus, and another death is being investigated to determine if coronavirus is the cause.
Coronavirus tests have been administered 365 times.
Also in the conference, Spillers said supplies in the hospital system remain in good shape.
