EASTERN FRANKLIN COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN ALABAMA... * UNTIL 215 PM CDT. * AT 147 PM CDT, A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR HACKLEBURG, OR 10 MILES NORTH OF HAMILTON, MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH.
