The office said this is an 'isolated incident'
The Morgan County Sheriff's Office is conducting "an active death investigation" after responding to a call about a shooting in a vehicle at Hwy. 36 and Curry Chapel Road in the Valhermoso Springs area.
The office said this "isolated incident" happened early Sunday morning, and that it is a possible suicide.
Law enforcement is waiting for a forensics report.
