A court case out of California is bananas!

Today the federal court ruled a monkey at a California Zoo cannot sue for copyright infringement.

Naruto the monkey took these selfies with a wildlife photographer's camera. They were later published in his book.

The animal rights group PETA said Naruto should get a cut of the profits. They say he knew exactly what he was doing in the pictures, pointing out the different faces he made in each photo.

The case made it all the way to the 9th ciucuit court of appeals. The court was done monkeying around with this and tossed it out. At this time, no public comment from Naruto.
