Madison police are investigating an armed robbery on Thursday night at the Verizon store on Madison Boulevard.
The department says the suspect is a white male wearing a white mask, black hoodie and blue jeans. They say he is armed with a pistol.
According to police, the suspect stole phones and money. No one was injured in the robbery.
The department brought K-9s to the scene after 6 PM, but they could not pick up a scent.
The same store was robbed by an armed suspect in mid-September. Police say employees were zip-tied and held at gunpoint. Read more on that here and here.
Police are working to determine if this robbery is connected to other recent robberies and if the suspect in this case was involved in the September robbery.
