Limestone County Schools postpones summer programs due to coronavirus case, exposures

The programs were supposed to begin Monday, July 6. Now, they will begin Monday, July 20.

On Facebook, Limestone County Schools stated that all summer programs scheduled to start Monday, July 6 will be postponed.

The announcement came after "multiple staff members" were directly exposed to coronavirus and one confirmed positive case in the school system.

The school system said it hopes to have the planned programs take place on July 20.
