Several Lawrence County, Tennessee fire departments are trying to rescue a baby goat from a well.

Lawrence County fire departments say they have rescued a baby goat that fell into a well Monday night.

WLX Radio reports crews arrived at the scene of the goat rescue on Nash Road at approximately 6 p.m.

Firefighters say the goat fell 60 feet down the well, and 21 workers helped rescue the mammal. Crews used a special camera and air monitoring equipment to ensure the safety of the rescuers and goat.

The animal did not suffer any life-threatening injuries.
