Free adoptions at Huntsville Animal Services

It's "Raining Cats and Dogs" at Huntsville Animal Services and through the week, adoption fees are waived.

Starting Monday, July 23rd, you can adopt a new best friend for your family at no charge.

The "Raining Cats and Dogs" event helps to highlight and raise awareness for overcrowding in the city's Animal Shelter.

Adult cats and dogs are included during the week-long event. Some restrictions may apply. 

You can visit the animal shelter this week, adopt a free pet and receive a free bag of pet food while supplies last.

All pets are spayed,neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped for pet identification.

The Huntsville Animal Shelter is located at 4950 Triana Boulevard.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
