Four Tennessee Valley schools ranked among top 10 in the state

One local school district ranked number two on the list.

Four school districts in the Tennessee Valley are among the top ten in the state. The website Niche.com looked at things like test scores, college readiness, and graduation rates. Madison City Schools came in second on the list. Muscle Shoals, Hartselle, and Florence City Schools came in seventh, eighth, and ninth. 

Athens, Arab, and Fort Payne City Schools made it into the top 25.

The top ranking school district in the state is Mountain Brook City Schools near Birmingham. The lowest ranked school district on the list is Anniston City Schools.
