Geraldine home, vehicles destroyed by fire

House fire reported in Dekalb County

An early-morning fire destroyed a home and three vehicles in Geraldine Friday.

Geraldine Fire Department Chief Brandon Cunningham said firefighters were called to a home near the intersection of County Road 1004 and Lebanon Road around 2:45 a.m.

Cunningham said the house was engulfed in flames when they arrived. The home and three vehicles were destroyed, he said.

No one was injured and no one was home at the time of the fire.

The cause of the fire is unknown.
