A former Alabama star is off the hook for marijuana charges.
Dre Kirkpatrick was arrested on January 17th, following a traffic stop in Bradenton, Florida.
He was in a truck being driven by another former Alabama player, Chris Rogers.
Both were arrested after police found a small amount of marijuana in the vehicle.
According to ESPN, prosecutors have decided to drop the charges against Kirkpatrick.
The Gadsden native is skipping his senior season to enter the NFL draft.
