Huntsville, AL - Due to a technical issue with Charter Communications, many WAAY 31 viewers using that cable service provider were unable to see us for a lengthy period of time over the past weekend. The outage stretched across much of the WAAY 31 viewing area.
The issue was fixed Monday morning by Charter, and WAAY should now be coming in clearly to all cable customers.
WAAY 31 apologizes for the inconvenience.
