Russellville, AL - A couple from Haleyville are facing serious charges after the Franklin County Grand Jury returned indictments against them.

the Times Daily, 58 year old Dan Busby Jr. is charged with first-degree rape, second-degree rape, electronic solicitation of a minor second-degree sodomy and another charge related to sexual abuse.
Prosecutors say the abuse went on for about two years. The victim was 10 years old when it began.
His wife, 38 year old Kristy Ann Busby was indicted for second-degree rape, second-degree sodomy and another sexual abuse-related offense. Investigators say she knew about the abuse and did nothing to stop it, and did not come forward to authorities.
