FLORENCE, Ala. (WAAY) - Police said a man who contacted a woman through Craigslist about buying a dress ended up exposing himself to her in a Florence parking lot.

Reginald Swopes Jr., 18, Muscle Shoals, was arrested this morning.

According to police, Swopes contacted a woman about a Craigslist ad and sent the woman text messages about buying a dress for his sister.

When the two met in public, police said Swopes exposed himself and tried to encourage the woman to watch him. Nearby officers arrested him shortly afterward and charged him with indecent exposure and public lewdness.

Police said Swopes was arrested for a similar offense in March in Muscle Shoals.
