DECATUR, Ala. (WAAY) - Decatur police say a month long investigation into drug activity at a business has led to three arrests.
Police say during February, members of the Decatur Police Department's Organized Crime Unit conducted an investigation into marijuana sales from Ron Studios, 1602 5th St NW Suite 3, in Decatur.
On Friday, Decatur Police Department's Special Operations Unit made the arrests.
Police say William Brooks was found with crack cocaine and marijuana. Brooks was placed under arrest for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana in the 2nd Degree.
Jeremiah Robinson and Kinneth Priest were also foundwith a quantity of marijuana. Both Robinson and Priest were placed under arrest for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana in the 2nd Degree.
During booking, police say Priest was found to be in possession of a quantity of powder cocaine. Priest was additionally charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance.
William Brooks was later transferred to the Morgan County Jail and held in lieu of a $3,000.00 bond
Kinneth Priest was later transferred to the Morgan County Jail and held in lieu of a $3,000.00 bond.
