Florence Police need the community's help in finding the person or people responsible for vandalizing a church playground.
Members of the Seventh Day Adventist Church located off of Cox Creek Parkway in Florence discovered the vandalism on Saturday morning.
Parts of the fence around the playground was torn off, swings and equipment were damaged and picnic tables were knocked over.
Church leaders said that they believe it will cost thousands of dollars to repair the damages.
Police said that if the damages are more than $2,500, the criminal mischief becomes a felony.
