U.S. Marshals have tracked down a Killen man accused of brutally assaulting his wife.
36 year old Patrick Pennington was arrested in Memphis after a two week search. He's charged with first degree robbery and domestic violence.
Investigators said that he tried to take a gaming system that his wife had bought for her children. When she resisted, he allegedly choked her, threatened to kill her and took the system.
He is being held in the Lauderdale County Detention Center.
