Easy Artichoke Dip
1 cup mayo
1 large can artichoke hearts packed in water, drained and chopped
1 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
Mix 3 ingredients together and place into a small greased oven-proof dish and bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Let it rest and cool for at least 10 minutes before serving. Serve with your favorite crackers.
