GADSDEN, Ala. (AP) - A Rainbow City man has been found guilty of capital murder in the 2005 death of his girlfriend's young daughter.
The jury returned the verdict against 25-year-old Timothy Boyle on Thursday morning.
He was convicted of killing 2-year-old Savannah White in October 2005. Boyle also was found guilty of possession of a controlled substance.
Jurors began deliberating Tuesday afternoon and resumed Thursday after taking Veterans Day off.
