NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - A man has been cleared in the execution-style slayings of 2 pizza restaurant employees in Nashville.

A Jury on Saturday found Ravaughn Harris not guilty of first-degree murder in the deaths of Chris Caris and Josh Cole.

Prosecutors said Harris was the getaway driver and provided 1 of the guns used in the 2007 robbery at the Bellacino's restaurant. But Harris denied knowing that a robbery was going to take place.

In June, Jason Bobo was sentenced to two consecutive life sentences without the possibility of parole. Prosecutors said Bobo, a former employee at the restaurant, was the triggerman in the robbery.

A third person, Crystle Rutherford, is awaiting trial on murder charges.
