T.E.A. Parties Set for Independence Day

Posted:

Fireworks won't the the only attractions this holiday weekend.

The T.E.A. (Taxed Enough Already) parties are back.

In April, thousands gathered around the valley to protest increased taxes.

There's a few planned for Saturday, July 4th.

Organizers say the events are non-partisan, and anyone who's fed up with taxes are invited to join.

A Decatur event is set for 9 a.m. and features WBHP talk show host, Will Anderson.

One in Priceville is at 6 p.m. in the Racking Horse Arena.

The Huntsville T.E.A. party is at 7 p.m. at the Jaycees Fairgrounds on Airport road.
