A Dense Fog Advisory has been issued until 9 AM for the entire Tennessee Valley as visibility has been reduced to 1/4 of a mile in various locations. We'll gradually see more sunshine as we go throughout the day with high temperatures warming up into the lower 60's. Enjoy it while you can as another storm system will build in Tuesday mid-morning until Wednesday afternoon. Between 1 to 2 inches of rainfall will accumulate.
Thursday we'll dry out with high temperatures in the 60's.
For this upcoming weekend two storm systems will work their way into the Valley. One from Friday afternoon into Saturday morning and another into Sunday. Another 1 to 3 inches of rainfall could accumulate.
As for Christmas, it looks like another round of rain could move in. Make sure to check back in with the WAAY 31 Severe Storm Tracking Center for an update on the timing and how much rain we could expect to see.
