Investigators said Shawn Bone died at Huntsville Hospital from his injuries.

A man is behind bars after Huntsville Police said he shot a co-worker outside of a Huntsville Taco Bell.

Police confirm to WAAY 31 that Pete Morris McCullough, 22, was arrested after they said he shot and killed Shawn Bone, 41.

Investigators said the two men were having an argument in the parking lot of the Taco Bell on Airport Road when they said McCullough pulled a gun and shot Bone.

Bone was transported to Huntsville Hospital where he died from his injuries.

McCullough is now in the Madison County Jail and is charged with murder. A bond amount has not yet been set.
