Saturday brought severe storms, inches of rain, and now we're stuck with frigid temperatures. Today, we start out mostly cloudy and unseasonably cold.
The biggest impact all of us will notice is the wind chill. Actual temperatures are in the upper 30s, about 15 degrees below average. However, wind chills are in the upper 20s and lower 30s. By the afternoon, highs only climb into the middle 50s.
Fortunately, there is a warm up on the way... soon, in fact. Highs Tuesday afternoon reach the middle 70s under a mostly sunny sky. We'll stay mainly dry until Sunday. A few scattered showers are possible Wednesday afternoon, but rain and storms hold off until the end of the weekend.
