9 Animals Shot, Killed on Tenn. Farm

Posted:

LEOMA, Tenn. (AP) - Authorities say they have no leads or motive in the fatal shooting of nine animals on a farm in Lawrence County.

Paul Davis of Leoma said he came home Monday from a trip and found the carcasses of the dead animals strewn across his 300-acre farm.

Among the animals were two donkeys, two horses, a bull and a Shetland pony.

He said he has no idea why it happened because he has no enemies.
