The 14 year old accused gunman in the Discovery Middle School shooting went before a judge Monday morning.
At this time, he's still being held as a juvenile, but prosecutors have asked to charge him as an adult. However, the judge in the case won't rule on that motion until February 17th. Until then, he'll be held at the Neaves-Davis Juvenile Detention Center in Huntsville, and his name will not be released. Neither the press nor the public was allowed into the hearing this morning, because it was held in juvenile court.
