Volkswagen's new billion-dollar plant hasn't even opened yet, but applications will soon be accepted.

The Chattanooga plant is expected to hire about 2,000 workers.

Volkswagen will set up hiring centers in Tennessee and Georgia.

Northeast Alabama Community College in Rainsville will help out in the application process here in Alabama.

Applications will only be accepted online, and will not be taken until Monday.
